IMPORTANT COVID-19 Update

COVID-19 UPDATE
Landisville Animal Hospital will remain open during our regular business hours. If we need to alter our hours we will alert our clients via social media, email or phone calls. Due to the rising concern about COVID-19, we will be taking the following precautions to reduce the risk of infection to our staff, our clients, and our community:

ADMISSION APPOINTMENTS: (PET OWNER WILL LEAVE AND PICK UP THEIR PET LATER THAT DAY)
Your pet will be admitted to our hospital to be examined and receive necessary treatment by one of our veterinarians. We ask that you call us when you arrive and we will come out to get your pet from your vehicle and complete the admission form. We will contact you via your preferred method of contact with our exam findings and treatment plan (if necessary). We will collect payment over the phone or at time of pick up. Call us when you arrive back at our hospital to pick up your pet and we will bring them out to your vehicle and review and medications that need to be administered.

CONCIERGE APPOINTMENTS: (PET OWNER WAITS IN VEHICLE DURING APPOINTMENT)
If you need to schedule an appointment for your pet we ask that you call us when you arrive and we will come out to your vehicle and get your pet from you and complete an admission form. We will contact you via your preferred method of contact with our exam findings and treatment plan (if necessary). We will collect payment over the phone or upon returning your pet to you in your vehicle.

IN-CLINIC APPOINTMENTS:(IF DEEMED NECESSARY)
We kindly ask that only 1 person attends your pet’s appointment.

CURBSIDE MEDICATION/FOOD PICKUP:
Contact our clinic when you arrive and we will bring your food/medication to your vehicle. Please allow 24-48 hour notice regarding any refills you may need.
To help prevent the spread of Coronavirus, we have hand sanitizing products available throughout our hospital.
Please refrain from visiting our hospital if you are sick.
